Hello Everybody!
Hey there!

I'm a new forum member in Denver, Colorado USA.... I came across this site while looking for info to help me deal with some credit card debt, and a giant parking ticket bill (almost 3 grand!) ...but I'm also really interested in finding out more about sovereignty.

Several years ago, the seeds were planted to find out about sovereignty by a friend of mine who has since passed...he never had a driver's license or social security card, and none of his 11 children did, either. He was an amazing and interesting character, and he told me the story of how he went to court one day after getting a ticket for an "illegal" turn, and of course for driving without a license or registration. (Of course, I'm paraphrasing everything, so don't take this as an example of what to say or do, simply as evidence that this is possible)

When the judge asked him "Do you understand?" he replied "No sir, I do not! I have one question: are my rights under the Constitution in effect in this court room?" The judge replied "I can't answer that question." They went back and forth a bit in that vein, and it then came to the point of resolution...the judge gave him a small token fine for the traffic violation, and made no comment whatsoever about the lack of license and registration. He called my friend up to hand him some paperwork, and as he neared, the judge leaned in, put his hand over the microphone and whispered "Good luck!"

Today I understand that, obviously, this was a "friendly" judge...but that this kind of thing was even possible blew my mind when I heard the story. Now that I have my own reasons for pursuing this knowledge, I wish my friend was still around to mentor me.......

Re: Hello Everybody!
Well hello, welcome to the forum Bartholomew. I would I highly reccomend you read Marcs book. It will help greatly with your endeavors. And for some free reading, might I suggest No Treason (VI): The Constitution of No Authority. Lot of homework for your first day, but you'll thank me later :winkwink:

Why is it a penny for your thoughts but you have to throw in your two cents? Somebody's making a penny here....
