Help for my cousin.

Hello everyone. I am in need of some assistance, or rather my cousin is. You see a cousin of mine, has had multiple convictions for possession of marijuana, which makes it hard for him to find a job outside of working for cash in construction and repair. However he can no longer work like that, because while working on a roof, he fell of the roof, and sustained a rather nasty head injury. The surgeons put multiple staples in his head, however he apparently has had some brain damage since 1. He has trouble using the left side of his mouth, and it droops a little. 2. He has trouble talking. and finally 3. He has had multiple seizures, and from what he's said they were very bad ones too and he has them quite often. He feels he needs to see a neurosurgeon, or at least, a doctor who specializes in neurology, but he doesn't have the money, and his parents, don't have the money either. Thus I am going to try and raise the money for him myself, since I don't really have the money either.
