I must say that this is just obfuscation. So what if he's an illegal president, the entire nature of government is criminal. This is like being pissed off that your car-jacker doesn't speak proper english. :rolleyes2: :winkwink:

Indeed. With the caveat, that based upon this reply I've not read the linked sources (but have heard bits & pieces of this "argument" (quarrel? domestic squabble?), I've found this whole "birth certificate", as a legal matter, bizarre/obfuscation. Why isn't an avadavit done/required instead for example? (or why isn't It simply called an avadavit?) And along the lines of thinkers like Eric Williams/WhoRU, for the person typically asked & testifying about "their" birth certificate why isn't their using such as proof, considered hearsay? I mean who can testify as a witness to their own birth? Sure we each were there, but as legal witnesses?! Regarding one's "personal birth certificate", it's like that "birth of a nation" document, The CONstitution: a piece of paper with ink scribblings on it. [questions all asked rhetorically, of course, of course Alice; most of us know too well The Rules of LegalLand]
But as NonE reminds:

Or like crying "illegal!" only because the one who raped you didn't floss his teeth properly.
