Hello
I need some legal advice on how to fight against this tyrannical scam of intimidation, perpetrated by the extortion racket called Traffic "Court" that feeds off of and profits from the ignorance of others.

Secondly, one quick clarifiar: you won't get any "legal advice" here, as-- well, to do such is illegal (unless one is an "attorney"-- generally evidenced by you'll have to pay for such!). You may however get some excellent education opportunities! (which more than likely is precisely what you're inquiring after)

Next, you're done a mighty fine job of describing said "legal"/attorney's system (it's not an honorable Court)!

Lastly, I'd invite you to do some searching (see "Search" up i the upper right hand corner of the webpage) on specific topics of interest, and consider meanwhile going ahead and posting your specific question(s) back under an apropos board under the Index.

cheers-------

Re: Hello
Welcome.

You won't get any legal advice here, only material "for entertainment porpoises" and general amusement. BUT, it CAN be very entertaining and amusing to use some of these ideas on those who consider themselves part of the legal system.

Buy Marc's book. (I don't get a cut, I just get abuse, generally, but buy it anyway.) Read it. Read it again. (It took me a while to have my entire world view turned on it's ear, but things have never looked the same since.) Listen to the podcasts of Marc's radio shows and interviews and such that are archived elsewhere on this site.

There are NO MAGIC BULLETS. (Rinse, repeat.) You need to understand the concepts and know how to dance well and improvise, but if you know what you are up to, you will likely find the material here helpful. It ain't easy. It will take time and effort. But then, what doesn't?

One from among quite a few of those classic movies and cartoons popped into my head here; the one's where the guy with the gun points at another cowboy's boots and says "Dance!"

Where quite like a cartoon, these fictional characters known as bailiffs are pretty well standing ready to do that dance call if the other character known as the judge directs him to...'er, calls the toon (pronounced like "tune").
