Ok, everyone but Neo:

In my experience as a pharmacist, seeing people come and go, talking with and watching them, my opinion is this:

Heidi is a mature adult who takes criticism well.  She should start her own board with her ideas and I would join.

My educated guess about Neo is that he has had no real success of his own, probably dropped out of college, or is a perpetual student lacking the ability to finish anything he starts.  He displays paranoia (giving malison more credit than he should have).  I bet he is middle age, unable to sustain an intimate relationship, ie marriage.  Lives with one or both aging parents.  Spends too much time on his PC.  Needs to be in control, never has had an original thought, so he seeks to assume the success of others (wanting to be boss of the forum is a good example).

Just my opinion based on my many years of interacting with others. Not to mention all the pre reqs I took in college.
