Equizenship
Sorta like being a "citizen" or maybe a "submitizen," now it appears that we have "equizens!"

Quote:Much like a human athlete who must be a citizen of a country for a required period of time before representing that country in the Olympics, a similar rule applies to horses.

“A horse can only represent a country at the Olympics if he has been owned by his country or a citizen of his country for the requisite amount of time,” said Maharaj.

I sh*t you not!

"I just don't understand how this happens." Undecided

That speaks volumes. The "powers that be" think of people in the exact same terms. The 2 phrases on either side of "or" are equivalent to them.

He's noble enough to know what's right
But weak enough not to choose it
He's wise enough to win the world
But fool enough to lose it
He's a New World man - Rush
