Just got out of jail...
Hey everyone I just got out of jail....I've been there two weeks and will be writing an article for the daily anarchist on that will discuss my experience and the thoughts I had contemplated while incarcerated.

What's worse is that technically I didn't "do" anything. You see there's this neighbor I have who is a total a**hole.... well he "claims" that I cut the phone line to his house, that he saw me do it in the middle of the night. I didn't do so but that didn't matter to the cop who arrested me who is the brother-in-law of this neighbor. And what's really pissing me off is that he saw some bruises on my grandma so they added a domestic violence charge. Well that and the fact that the "Maliciously interfering with telecommunications" is a 2 year felony in Michigan. Though I got a "deferred prosecution" thing where if pleaded guilty I go through the death-trap laden obstacle course like a good little trained monkey and survive they'll tear up the records and I'd have no record again. I took that option though it still irritates the hell out of me especially since there's no guarantee I'll GET the "clean record" they said I would if I was a good little trained monkey. Of course since it is the only option I have that can get me a totally clean record (this being my first offense) I decided to take it. And now I'm stuck at home. you see originally I spent 48 hours in jail...then my uncle bonded me out with money my grandma provided. But I couldn't go home due to the Domestic Violence charge...so I stayed with my aunt and uncle for three weeks until their landlord wouldn't let me stay anymore....and since I was on tether (I refer to it as my leash Tounge) and had no where else to go....it was back to jail where I've spent the last two weeks up to about noon this last Monday. I got out because my grandma, moved into a motel so I could live at home, alone, until the no contact order is lifted.

RE: Just got out of jail...
Shitty deal, man. What "evidence" did they have that you cut the phone-line? Did you question them on that or did they give you a chance to?

Did you try using any of Marcs approaches?

Why is it a penny for your thoughts but you have to throw in your two cents? Somebody's making a penny here....

I didn't get a chance to question them on that, though from what little I know is it was only my word against the neighbor's. Not that it matters to them.

Man, that's a raw deal you got. My advice to you would be to pull up stakes and leave the country, and start your life anew. You're young enough that you can do that since you basically have your whole life ahead of you (and I assume have few obligations). Believe me, if I was as young as you, knowing what I know now, I'd leave this country without a backward glance. I've read that Asia and South America are desirable destinations for people of an agorist bent. I have a younger brother who had no prospects despite graduating from college with honors, and ended up in Japan and is doing quite well (he teaches English)... although that country has a few problems of its own. No place is perfect, but it's all relative and the USA is sinking fast. Hard economic tyranny is well on its way, and in fact is pretty much here. I wish you luck. You may find this web site useful.

I would consider that except for a few things....I have a couple friends I just can't leave behind....and I'm a HUGE gun nut and aside from Switzerland and possibly Israel I do not know of anywhere that pro-gun laws......and the problem with that is that Switzerland's property is WAY to expensive. Plus I'm a huge survivalist and am considering getting some property in Wyoming for a retreat....or New Hampshire, though I'm leaning toward WY. And I DO have a chance of getting my record expunged....a decent chance too....in which case I'll be able to own guns again "legally" I wouldn't typically care except it's way to much trouble than it's worth to own a gun illegally. I could get it but.... like I said....more trouble than it's worth

However if you know of any really gun-friendly places aside from Switzerland or Israel that are also relatively free in other ways, preferably in an economic sense I'd be happy to consider them.

RE: Just got out of jail...
Hey all here are some links to info I found on the judge for my case who I've heard (and seen) is a real hard ass of a judge:

I also plan on calling into the show today to discuss this and some recent acts of civil disobedience.

I heard your call. Ol' "slow ears" Marc had trouble understanding you. Big Grin I'll have to do more research on this Darknet stuff. I haven't dabbled in Internet-related coding since graduate school... a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, back when usenet newsgroups were the state of the art and a browser was somebody shopping.

T'wasn't just Marc. Between the horrid quality of your microphone and the speed of and inclarity of your enunciation, I could understand only about one third of your verbiage, your nouniage, too. :-[
