I might point out that if they are out of town then they CAN'T go sledding in Beaver Borough (not, at least, until they return to town), but then that is apparently not the same lack-of-logic that these folks direct their minds with.

[reminds me a bit of the time I explored said "Motor Vehicle Code" wherein the central, essential meaning of vehicle was "self-propelled"... which prompted me to connect the (logical) dots of my bicycle requiring that I pedal it, but my car requiring that I pedal it as well; granted, way less effort required twixt the pedaling, but none the less, said car isn't self-propelled if my bicycle isn't... but hey, where's logic when it comes to State-think? Out the self-propelled window I suppose...]
