RE: Had an unbelievably honest experience in court last week.
Try this. This doc worked for me. You must be confident and file it correctly. The DA will try to tell the judge that the ticket IS a verified complaint. You say " the doc states quite clearly it is NOT! In my case the DA DROPPED the charges.
Demurrer and Demand for Verified Complaint (revised 9.10.11) [Redacted].docx (Size: 46.05 KB / Downloads: 34)

RE: Had an unbelievably honest experience in court last week.
I thought to myself, "What a fantastic idea! Let me find those codes in Ohio law and file the same thing!"
http://www.supremecourt.ohio.gov/LegalResources/Rules/ Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure 12(A) "Pleadings in criminal proceedings shall be the complaint, and the indictment or information, and the pleas of not guilty, not guilty by reason of insanity, guilty, and no contest. All other pleas, demurrers, and motions to quash, are abolished. Defenses and objections raised before trial which heretofore could have been raised by one or more of them shall be raised only by motion to dismiss or to grant appropriate relief, as provided in these rules." So I can file it as a motion to dismiss... Still looking for something in Ohio Revised Code or Rules of Court that says they need to file a verified complaint. I could at the very least demand one to be files without anything to support the claim, then find it later for appeal. Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is but it's there, like a splinter in your mind driving you mad. |

RE: Had an unbelievably honest experience in court last week.
I heard someone say that the government doesn't have the right to tax us on our income ( our livelihood ) or something like that. Maybe it's in our constitution ? Can anyone direct me where I can find it? I'm lost and don't want to open my mouth about it unless I have proof. Maybe Richard burton pointed it out on wall builders, I'm not sure. Please help. Maybe it said our l means of a living or something

You might consider reading Larken Rose's book, The Most Dangerous Superstition. It's an incredible book. As, of course is Marc's book, if you haven't gotten around to it yet. And there are lots of videos by both of these fine gentlemen as well. - NonE P.S. Of course Larken spent a year in the penitentiary for showing what the law says. He got off easy however, "I just don't understand how this happens."
