DUDE! This is FUN!!! This DA has been a thorn in my side for 20 yrs. I'd love to nail his a$$ to the fed court house. You should have seen what he did to the guy who lost his toes to diabetes while waiting for a kidney transplant. I'm gonna file the next motion late too!!! I'm a turbo guy, a little slow out of the gate but "blowin by you" on the big end. One mistake I think I made was "boarding the ship", but I think the motion covers that. Judge was very nice while liying through his teeth. What killed me is that they thought I didn't even read my own motion, or at least understand it!!! He should have just dismissed, it would have been easier. Illegal search and seizure entering the courthouse? Anyone?

Court today
Judge calls group to front row and goes through them.
Just when I think he's gonna call me the DA calls me.
She says that the case was dropped (or dismissed can't remember).
WITH the exception that the officer may refile.
After filing the motion for lack of standing I doubt they will.
