I "get" your sense of frustration. I think that what you're feeling is a reality applicable to all people. The world is what the world is. We are not going to change it. That is hugely frustrating to me. I think that idea, that reality, can destroy one, if one allows it to. The 'jurisdiction' geographical limits are the state of WA aswell as the venue. I will try to get my brother here so he can reveal any additional information he is comfortable with.

I will direct him to this forum thread...I REALLY APPRECIATE your responses...only one thing I ask please (because this is serious) keep any banter in PM. The last 3 responses I would categorize as non-relevant Banter.

I hope that doesnt rub anyone the wrong way...we are all on the same side here, we all want to stop the scam that happens everyday of every hour in this country. Again, thank you for your responses I hope one day I can gain enough knowledge/experience to help out. For now I know I'm a N00b
