RE: "Lawful"
NonE:

Why, you have your nerve. Just admit it-- you've been exposed. It's people like you and me and Marc and some others here who can see through the entrenched silliness (and evil) of the world, and try to pass along what we learn, who are the real troublemakers. Can't you see all it does is needlessly upset people? The next thing you know, you'll claim that (gasp) philosophy actually has value when everyone knows it's never done nothing for nobody. Bruce and Beard are right-- you and the rest of us need to get to law school (money should be no object) and learn all of the magic spells and incantations. Only then will we have the authority to give opinions on matters concerning "the Law." You truly give botttom-dwellers a bad name.

Sorry for that outburst... I'm in a simply dreadful mood.

RE: "Lawful"
Reality: the state of being true independent of individual thought that objectively effects everyone the same as the result of physical existence.
Law: the cause that objectively effects everyone the same way e.g., laws of nature, rules of law, and maxims of law.

Lawful: conforming and compiling with reality, as the result of being true.
Unlawful: the result of not compiling with reality due to being false.

Man can not create law only react to the objective effects of reality.

Legal: a system of manmade subjective rules used to supplant and subvert reality.

Legal versus lawful: slavery can be made legal but it can never be lawful.

Yep. Issues.

It's the wringer some little boys put everybody through here. The forum sucks, and it sucks because you are ill mannered. Someone comes along and is not a full Priest of Statheism as you are, and so you bully him until he falls into line. Hate to break it to you cupcake, you're not the only one that " gets it ". Maybe you just missed charm school, or want to claim to be the Pope of Statheism. Could be you're just another federal troll out to give anarchy a bad name.

A visitor to this forum could draw any of those conclusions.

Sincerely, Noncupcake

boo-hoo, the forum is full of meanies and THEY're the ones running "visitors" off... waaaaaah!!! (oh, yeah, don't forget, they're Federal Trolls, too! naner naner boo boo!! Oh, OH, and don't forget they're on the Path to ruin this Forum!! waaaaaah!!!)

You got one thing I can agree with tho, Greycupcake: just let the visitors decide for themselves. Oh, and a suggestion: "Be the change you wish to see"...

Or carry on...* [Image: crybaby-o.gif]
name calling and slander innuendo as well, of course

* [any temptation to connect come dots and break out with "Carry on my wayward son..."♪ ala Kansas, well i'm knot2blame (but it's fine by me!)] Cool

and justincase... yupp, a double check to make sure I remember the lipservice motto, it still says:
"Bringing about"... "Voluntary". got it.
Not "Winning in Court"... not "Bringing about Law Strategies (by studying Law Jot & Tittle)"... not "Bringing The Servants to serve U.S. Masters by holding Them to We The People's Law"... [duly noting, Marc does luv to say on his No State Broadcast, "Sticking it to the man"... but that's just bully rib talk/hyperbole...?]
(> "winning" and even challenging The State is a part of that, of course; but it's not the whole enchilada; if it were, there's be no subforums, no? after all, what do the likes of "Jokes and Funnies", "Health, Nutrition & Wellness>Alternative Meds", "Science & Technology>Fuels", etc have to do with "Law", "Court", and "Legal"?
> and "yes", I didn't emphasize the "Visitor" part of the motto; simply because it is totally subjective as to just what and/or whom may or may not influence visitors (I for one know a ton of folks who are heavily "influenced" by merely considering, as a notion, talking to The Man, much less literally, actually challenging 'em... so who knows)

As to the variety of respondents to your material here, myself being one of these, we've all pretty much been pointing out, ala Marc Stevens, the reality of "the law" with the purpose of helping people gain clarity on the "truth" of the issues, regardless of what those wearing black dresses and costumes with guns would make of it.

If one continues to believe in magic (law) then one cannot free one's self, whereas if one can gain the clarity Marc has developed on the facts, as opposed to the mythology, then one can use the specifics of the "law" as a tool to show the contradictions within that very self same "law." I don't see you doing this at all. I see you pointing out what the "law" says and holding it up as if the edicts come down from a god. Do you truly feel that you are helping people when you continue to parrot the bullshit that all of the statist thugs prattle on with?

You claim to be using Marc's methods. I see no evidence that you are doing so. If that is truly your aim it would be nice if you would actually take the time to express yourself in full sentences and paragraphs such that your points are clear and unambiguous.

RE: "Lawful"
Goshdarnit, eye2, stop it with that “making sense” stuff. Who do you think you are? Anyhow??? You only upset people more. Don’t you understand that they have a right to not be upset, and you’re violating their rights? As for myself, I’ve seen the error of my ways. There are 2 big law schools mere blocks from where I live, and I think I’ll go in there and get brochures. I can taste that Juris Doctorate now. Marc is just “jellis” of real lawyers and judges. I’m sure they’re not so bad once you get to know them. They just act like douchebags to Marc because, well, let’s be honest-- he deserves it. So, get to law school. What are you standing around for reading this? Get started.

Maybe it's you who is the fed/"narc." Ever hear the expression "to get away with crimes, pretend to be a crime fighter"? In this case, the "crime" would be being an informant who is trying to infiltrate anti-Establishment message boards (like this one). And you're setting yourself up as a "crime fighter" who is courageously exposing NonE. The thing is, NonE has been on this board since its inception and has mad "street cred" on here, while you're just a newcomer. So, who's more likely to be a "fed"-- you or him? I'm putting my money on you. I think it's always wise to not assume anything and to mind your Ps and Qs at all times just in case. But last time I checked, it wasn't "illegal" to point out the immorality of the state, including its attack dogs, the police. So even if there are feds who have infiltrated this board, they're wasting their time and should find more fertile hunting ground (or better yet, resign their positions and offer their services on the free market).
