Not all loans are issued a CUSIP. Most retail loans are sold by banks or other lending institution then bundled together and repackaged. The repackaged pools are then sold to the public. That is generally when they are issued a CUSIP.

Your guest during the NSP Libertopia broadcast, I think his name is Lynn, mentioned that he'd be posting certain documents regarding his friend's suit vs. Discover Financial and the dismissal/withdrawal of the suit. You also mentioned his website. Can you let us know what that website is? And the posting of the documents? Did he mean that he'll be posting them to this forum? Or on his website?
