Sociopaths in government are, for lack of better words, humanoids.They have failed on reason and resort to law of the jungle wherein might makes right and rights (agreements among reasoned people) don't exist. They treat people like animals and put them in cages. It is a public relations scam that they call them jails rather than cages. As it's a public relations scam that they refer to their colleagues as "my honorable colleague" and "my esteemed colleague". Those references are only valid in the sense of being members of a camouflaged mafia. Their honor and esteem is to "This thing of ours" -- La Cosa Nostra. It's an honor among thieves and thugs thing.
