Re: I'll be Alex Ansary's guest June 17, 2009
Cheers Marc, I'm a new member here on this forum, based in the UK, and it seems things are pretty much stacking up the same for the Brits with regards to the levying of fines, (especially before any convictions in a court of law ref. Bill of Rights 1688, which states that "the granting of all fines and forfeitures before conviction are illegal and void."
The UK generates Billions in alleged speeding ticket fines, whereby the 1st hand witness to the alleged crime is a un-manned camera ! These are classed as Criminal Complaints ! no injured party, no first hand witnesses (apart from the electronic camera) etc etc. The corporations of the Crown still happily send (grant) out thousands of Penalty Charge Notices (forfeitures) , which are apparently all still illegal according to the Bill of Rights 1688, which remains one of the Crown Corporations own active statutes some 300 years on....... All solicitors(lawyers) seem not to care when you mention this fact. I thought law was about justice and truth for the good of the common community members, how wrong my thoughts were. It seems its just a big corrupt game of " he who claims, wins, if the defendant knows no better " A game of deception, smoke & mirrors, bluff, intimidation ,threats and exploitation of the typical human condition. Here its a criminal offense , and you are liable for public criminal prosecution , if you leave your rubbish bin out on the wrong day ! Yep you leave your garbage can out, you will receive a fine in the post. Again the act of sending the fine, is illegal, as there has been No convictions in a court of law , and that's before even mentioning again, no injured party in this alleged "criminal complaint" , and what about "criminal intent" in the mind of the defendant ? Guilty criminal mind if you leave your bin out on the wrong day ehh ? People in the UK are beginning to question & wake up to the reality of fraud & massive "Deception Of Authority" . It seems as always, we are a few years behind the US, but with the aid of the net, speed of communications /flow that can only help raise awareness quicker. [Which part of, "the Granting of "ALL" fines/forfeitures before conviction are illegal & void", do they not understand ? I tell you what Marc, It's very "organized" crime.. ] Thanks for all you effort, looking forward to your Outside the Box Show . Cheers, JD |

Re: I'll be Alex Ansary's guest June 17, 2009
Welcome to the board mate, glad you found us.
You reference a bill of rights from 1688 in the same manner people here in this part of North America reference 4 pieces of paper called a "constitution"; both are just PR to deflect attention mate. They only apply when it helps the killers, thieves and liars called "government". If it helps you, well, of course it doesn't REALLY apply. After all, the bill of rights of 1688 is pre-7/7 isn't it? Don't want to aid the terrorists now do we? Couldn't help the sarcasm. Anyway, the new book does have a cross-reference for England, the corpus delecti and standing principals did come to America via the English system, so there are many court references that may help. |

Re: I'll be Alex Ansary's guest June 17, 2009
Technical difficulties seem to plague this information.
After years of these recurring problems with whatever means of broadcasting; I am sure there is a solution out there somewhere. When we say that this is the only show on the air dedicated to bringing about a voluntary society, this is true, but we are left with months long gaps for real time discussion. What can we do as listeners/supporters, or individually, to get an hour a week on the air? Dough-nations? Requests? Love the topic of solutions to bring about a VS! Had a state lawyer dismiss a 'citation' concerning the opinion of speed. Quite an adventure. Lastly, any intentions of a future workshop?
