Chiming in from the high desert
Hello to all!
I've gotten in the habit of reminding people that the only place I can "live" is in my body. So, technically, I can say that I've been domiciled out here in the New Mexico high desert for the last ten years. Before that, ten years in San Diego... a considerable contrast between the two locations. My motivation for moving here was the Y2K scare of the late 1990's. I was an avid Art Bell "enthusiast" and a lot of what his guests discussed regarding the power grid going down made sense. I actually believed that it was going to be "chaos in the streets" with looting and food shortages (especially after watching the movie "Trigger Effect"). Now I've switched my genre to Alex Jones and several other hosts that discuss "non-compliant" lifestyles. I don't want to do anything to stop or change what government does (an exercise in futility). I just want to be left alone and live my life in peace. A little history with legal maters.. my exposure began in 1988 during my divorce. Her attorney took it all... paycheck, retirement, kids, car, etc. They (ex and attorney) were able to illegally act on documents/agreements that I didn't even sign. How did they do that? My (inexperienced) thinking was that with all that expensive schooling and the bar exam that they wouldn't chance going to jail for acting unethically... but that never happens. That's where my trip down the rabbit hole of the legal industry's matrix began. I got involved with a local so called "patriot group" in Albuquerque that thought they could deal with the abuses of local government by setting up a common law court and have 12 jurists issue "orders" and somehow the courts downtown would recognize these orders as "lawful." They were told that they could use a military provost marshal to enforce the orders. Since I was careful to stay off the radar screen of the local squad of thugs (police), I didn't personally have any tickets, judgements or warrants and spent all my time observing what happened to these people. I watched many of them go to jail thinking that the system would abide by its own rules. These people spent hours and hours preparing paperwork, pay hundreds in filing fees... and you know what??? in the end, it would have been far more advantageous for them to just "pay." The system is rigged to make you spend a lot of time (not living your life) and money trying to get what you want. It's just not going to happen. The people who work in the courts don't even think you're human (I've heard them talk). They think they are part of some ruling class elite that have total control over your life. When you deal with them, you'd better get down on your knees and lick their boots because there's a group of armed thugs just across the room who will beat the hell out of you if you don't. It's just like dealing with the mafia... I mean, if this doesn't define domestic terrorism... what does? In my mind, when I'm at the court and the clerk refuses to file my paperwork and she calls in the thugs to force her will on me, I should be able to file a criminal complaint with the DOJ and DHS and have these people charged with domestic terrorism. As we all know, they protect their own... just like the crime families. I'm just trying to figure out who acts in the role of the Godfather... the judge... or maybe it's the mayor? So, like many of you, I've had to develop my own methods of dealing with government. Some are based on Marc's philosophies and some based on the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi... peacefully ignoring (and not complying with) government... and maybe at some point intentionally sabotaging their system. You know how some people used to talk about forming groups to get state legislatures to "succeed" from the federal government? I say to hell with that - what a waste of time! How about "personal succession" from all government entitles? To accomplish this, you have to start making a living devoid of all those "servitude" agreements that employers tell you are mandatory. The best way to do that is to work for yourself. So, my method of operating within the system is to never give out my name or signature. Also, never give out their slave identification number or use it to apply for "benefits." Another wise way of living is to not have any debt, or at least not have it associated with your name. Now the one thing that I have failed to eliminate is that "license to drive." You do realize that the word "drive" comes from the commercial activity where cattlemen "drove" cattle to the stockyards, right? The act of driving is actually herding cattle. I've been tempted to ask the cop who last stopped me, "Where are the cows?" So the state scammed everyone into thinking that the simple act of "steering" a car down the road becomes a commercial activity that comes under the jurisdiction of statues and codes regulating "commercial vehicles." If you spend some time looking through these codes, you'll find that there are no driver's license "classification" for PRIVATE, NON-COMMERCIAL operation of a car or truck. I'm not suggesting that you use this as a defense. I'm just pointing out that they scammed a way for EVERYONE to be "driving" commercially by not allowing for private, not-for-hire travel. We all got turned into chauffeurs so that the state could collect endless fees and fines (taxes). My point is, just as Marc talks about on his show, this whole system is based on fraud and theft with the threat of being shot, tazed, jailed, tortured or beaten (some serious arm twisting... to say the least!). To me, when an entity (corporation, man or woman) promotes itself (themselves) as existing for the sole purpose of keeping the public safe and involves itself (themselves) in this type of activity, how can I possibly give it (them) any legitimacy what-so-ever? I mean, the whole thing is just one huge lie that these so called "public servants" keep telling day after day. So, I am choosing to join the rest of you "enlightened" people who have decided to take the attitude of (almost) complete INDIFFERENCE toward agents, officers, bureaucrats, representatives, politicians, attorneys and anyone who thinks they have any control over me physically or mentally. I'm welcoming myself to the club. Take care. |

Re: Chiming in from the high desert
legalguy111Thanks for taking the time to share some of your life's experiences with us. I can sure relate to much of what you've shared. As I've share elsewhere on the forum, my initial Neo-your-being-Conned encounter was with Lynne Meridith & her book Vultures In Eagle's Clothing. And it's truly been an amazing, baffling, frustrating and confusing adventure ever since. Particularly as it seems you've seemed to have spun through the paytridiot circles as I did. I've scratched my head numerous times when it comes to the development of incantations and equally (akin to LegalLand's and Churcheology's) convincing superstitious mazes of con+fusion & sanctified script+tours (pronounced "scriptures"). I'll close with sharing again here too, recalling the exclamation of relief I made when I came across Marc's book. Finally I was able to see that someone had put into print what I'd come several years back to gradually realize and admit: typical of religion, it's all a superstitious scam, a 'cult'ure built upon indoctrination of the children with propaganda and dogma, a perfect con-- enforced at the barrel of a gun. Welcome again to the forum, ---2i2 ![]() ps: I couldn't help but chuckle a bit at what you mention about "Y2K"; boy but were the paytriotic circles romping with that particular "melt-down" apocalypse; Chicken Little was done proud. That was what prompted me to buy my very first defense rifle, an AR-15, a couple of cases of ammo, a dozen clips, along with stocking up on 9mm, 4.10 & 12 gauge shells. Presently I'm dealing with yet another round of wondering if "The Time"-- this round being The Gold Rush Of 2008? (too soon to infamously be "GR8" along side "Y2K"??) -- is nigh for that investment to prove most valuable-- but I have to admit, I sense chicken feathers tickling my ears & chicken poop irritating my nose, yet again... where it seems Vultures come in not only Eagle's Clothing, but birds of many feathers... (but such is the way with preparation, ie insurance, inherently) _______________________________

Re: Chiming in from the high desert
A most excellent introduction. I join 2i2 in welcoming you to our little corner of semi-sanity. Don't miss out on the incredible music thread that Marc just put up also. I was just listening to an interview with a famous brain researcher who explained that music involves a significantly larger set of the brains stuff than talking does. Perhaps all communication might better be done in song.

Re: Chiming in from the high desert
Thanks to everyone that replied so far.
You know, most people you meet in social settings have a "stake" in the current system of theft and fraud which comes in many forms. These people (unquestioningly) pay tax after tax with out researching if the codes apply to them. You know, if you add up all the taxes (sales, fuel, property, inflation, etc.), you'll probably start to realize that Americans are carrying just as much tax burden as some "socialized" European countries, BUT, we don't get a lot of the "services" provided by government. The one that really bugs me is college education. I sometimes email youngsters living in Europe and am surprised that many of them pay virtually nothing to attend college. I think there is some living expenses they have to pay but it's minimal. They even get to travel to other schools in other countries when their school can't provide training in the specialty they have chosen. So, if you're gonna pay taxes, why aren't you questioning the value to you personally? How many people have you tried to discuss this with get mad and say "Who will pay for the roads?" This simple fact is.... all public roads are already paid for by the fees and taxes that commercial vehicles and business pay. I am located right on I-40 which has thousands of trucks passing through here every day. Each truck has to pay a fuel tax and federal taxes just for the "use" of the roads. I know about this industry because I used to be a trucker. If you added up all the taxes that the STATE OF NEW MEXICO (for-profit) corporation collected for a year, you'd find out that just the travel on I-40 alone paid for the construction and maintenance for all of the roads in New Mexico more than once, and possible ten times over. My point is, the STATE collects far more that they need to maintain roads, buildings, etc. If this were not true, how is the STATE OF ALASKA able to charge no taxes and pay people to live there with a relatively small population and tax base? The answer is... the most of the other STATE agencies are grossly over charging for their (forced) services and keep two sets of books to hide where the excess goes. Please see the research done by Walter Burien http://cafr1.com/ and retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel Gerald R. Klatt http://www.cafrman.com/. Now if the STATE (corporation) is able to collect ten times (and I'm guessing it's more than that) what they need to completely re-build I-40 (358 miles, from AZ to TX) every year, why the hell do they need to nickle and dime me going down the road minding my own business??? The answer is.. because people in control of this system have personal investments they need to maintain and they figure out ways to dip into the pot (covertly). The STATE has it's own investments in the stock market and real estate it needs to support. Also, they've created the infrastructure (police, judges, attorneys, clerks, local news media) that established "perceived" legitimacy and have a band of armed thugs to violently force it's corporate will on you (at gun point). I think it was one of Marc's guests that said, "Nobody in American knows how to live free because they have never lived in a free society" I had to really think about that. It's true! The brain washing starts as soon as you attend the government schools. It's no wonder you get labeled a psycho if you question this system. So, I pretty much keep my mouth shut around here because people have been known to disappear and sent to psychiatric facilities to be "evaluated" and drugged for such views. I'm just waiting for the revolution. |

Speaking of religion...
legalguy111 Wrote:Please see the research done by Walter Burien http://cafr1.com/ and retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel Gerald R. Klatt http://www.cafrman.com/. I'm always amazed when people append the brutal thug classifications to the front of someone's name in an effort to gain credibility for their argument. Walter Burien is just Walter Burien. But Gerald R. Klatt is retired USAF Lieutenant Gerald R. Klatt. What, I'm supposed to figure that since this guy has no spine, no integrity, no ability to stand up for individual freedom that makes him some kinna expurt? Odd how no one seems to need to append anything to Gandhi's name, or Einstein's. Staff Sargent Jesus H.
