Hello. My name is Chris & Im 28 years old. The other day I was going 38 MPH in a 40 MPH zone. 2 Corrupt cops decided to give me a ticket for going 55 MPH??? WTF! This is America! I know theres a lot More Important issues to worry about, but Ive Had Enough! My court date is on 3-13-08 & ill be bringing my lawyer & documentation from a local mechanic who tested the accuracy of my Speedometer! NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY SPEEDOMETER! IN FACT, I was clocked by a radar the Very SAME DAY by a different cop in a different area of my home-town. He didnt pull me over, cause agian, I wasnt speeding! I pulled over to talk to him & I asked him, how fast was I going? He replied & told me that I was going 35 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. WTF! I told him I got a ticket earlier that day for NOT SPEEDING! I told him my plan & he said it WONT help my Testamony in Court! Courts are There to Protect & Maintain Individual Rights??? TRAFFIC COURTS ARE SCAMS RUN BY CRIMINALS!!! I WILL SERVE TIME IN JAIL BEFORE I PAY THIS TICKET! Im standing up for EVERY LEGAL American who has let this slide! ----Ive Had Enough! ---Chris.

You serving in jail won't accomplish anything positive for you or the cause of freedom. That's why the issue of standing is so effective, it really doesn't matter in a traffic case if the cop lies through his teeth.

One of the most useful tools I have found is called payfines. This is an affidavit that proves that all fines are to be paid in lawful money ie gold and silver. If you are interested in the file let me know and I will get it to you.
