Colorado alleged dui. new dude

Would like to communicate with paranoid, since Marc said your in this state "which doesn't exist". There reasonable suspicion was "failure to yield to a roadway" which in there statute says there must be someone to yield too. There was nobody on the road except cops stealing everyone life, liberty and property. He trumped up the charge for a reason to pull me over. I've extended it since April without even pleading yet. I just filed Marc's motion to dismiss with a declaration of sovereignty and revocation of power of attorney which I got from Johnny liberty.
Like to here from paranoid or anyone dealing with a bogus dui in CO?
My next court date is Dec. 1st
