Civil Infraction - Need Help

Hey guys and gals i am in tampa, florida I have studied Marc's material religiously, i totally understand and could defend against a criminal offense,
but this is civil infraction nonsense has got me stumped. I have ideas of my own, but would like to run them by people, so please if your reading this help me out...

Any and all suggestion are welcome, i have a hearing March 1...so there plenty of time, would like some suggestions.

I have ticket for 153.00 bucks for riding my bike on the interstate, the emergency lane i guess....i purposely got this ticket to participate in the Traffic Study...Hands on baby!
