What? You mean the part about the fleas? Well, yeah, I guess that may be a tad over the top. Big Grin Tounge

But really, wouldn't it be easier and more friendly to simply say something like: "this is all for informational and entertainment value only," instead of that @^$^ bunch of crap you laid out on us? First of all, I really resent you, or anyone, telling me what I have agreed to. It's rude. It's disrespectful. It's probably legally meaningless on top of it. Besides, it's rude, and disrespectful. Oh, and arrogant, too, I think. I really have a hard time (I'm sure no one hereabouts has EVER noticed this!) with people who tell me what reality is, who DECLARE that they have the TRUTH and so on and such. I find such actions to be contemptible. Which, of course, tends to reflect on the speaker, but I try to keep those things separate to the best of my poor and limited human potential to do so.

May I point out that is the rationale behind the support for almost every law, regulation and bureaucratic decree ever made. Do you see where this may not be a good thing?

It is, for example, totally contrary to the concept of "innocent until proven guilty."

So you were serious?? and to think I just gave you a positive reputation for having a sense of humor.

Yes it would be easier to say "this is all for informational and entertainment value only," , but not safer.

Regarding your other comments " I really resent you, or anyone, telling me what I have agreed to. It's rude. It's disrespectful. and
Oh, and arrogant, " well, I do not mean to come that way, and you need to take it not so seriously, since you are just here temporarily on earth anyway. If you learn how to accept things with a grain of salt, then you will live longer.

As for " I really have a hard time (I'm sure no one hereabouts has EVER noticed this!) with people who tell me what reality is, who DECLARE that they have the TRUTH and so on and such"
Don't take my word for it, do your reseach and prove me wrong.
I am only posting what I see to be the truth and what has worked for me. If you find this thread too hard to assimilate, then by all means, don't come back to this thread, I am not forcing you to at the end of a barrel of a gun, am I???

As per your last comment

" May I point out that is the rationale behind the support for almost every law, regulation and bureaucratic decree ever made. Do you see where this may not be a good thing?"

I can only speak for what I believe and stand for. What other individuals have done, that is an issue between you and them. Many things and ideas can be good and bad. It depends where you stand and other issues as well. For example, an automobile is a good thing because it provides transportation from point a to point b. At the same time, is a bad thing in the hands of a drunk individual that does not take responsibility for his or her actions and drives drunk, causing property damage or even bodily injury to other people. The automobile is neither good nor bad. It become good or bad in the actions of the individual that operates it.

I wish you and everyone else that reads this to be enlighten, happiness and prosperity.

I hope that you take what I am sharing as my little contribution to help my fellow human beings.

You didn't see the smilies? Huh? Big Grin

I think this last is a similar sentiment to my feelings on the "tone" of your "contract." When you say something like, "You agree blah blah blah," I go WTF?!?!? Only I can tell you what I agree to. You may feel free to tell me what your terms are, but there is no way you can tell me what I agree to. Do you follow my logic here? You may ASK me what I agree to, but you can't tell me. To do so is to dictate, and I do not agree to being dictated to. I may have to accede to it when someone is holding a gun to my head, but that is far different than agreement.

So go ahead and tell my what YOU think, and what YOU want. But don't tell me what I do or do not think.

Zat help you out any?

NonE,

I did notice the smily emoticons that is why I gave you a positive rating for humor. Also I am glad that we have similar sentiments and I agree with what you posted.

Hi Grey Beard:

I hope you have not actually meant that you have "filed a suit" you meant that you have filed a Motion To Dismiss. Also I hope that in your motion you did state the actual reasons why they should dismiss it citing prior cases to support your allegations. Also l hope that once the judge finds in your favor that then you would file a motion for summary disposition so that the case is over. Then should you prevail, don't forget to write the orders that indicate that they need to pay for your usuary attorney fees any court cost and any expenses you had in relation to having defended this frivolous case.

Best of luck.Wink

Hi, and thanks, and I do mean I filed suit against them for fraud among other things.
