Panxer Introduction
Good day folks,

I go by the name Panxer. I'm new to the forum. I'm a two time Army vet who's served in Iraq and saw that something was very very wrong.

When I got back, the Army kicked me out (honorably) for being 'fat', but that didn't seem consistent with a perfect PT record, or the fact that I was one of the biggest and strongest guys in the whole company (which my 'fatness' never seemed to bother them when something heavy needed to be lifted or reached).

So I got out and got a job, and a few weeks later, I saw the Zeitgeist film (which changed my perspective on a number of different topics), and the final straw came when I was researching a confirming everything from the film, when I came upon the 'legal/judicial' definition in the US code for the United States (the 'country' I just got done 'serving') was a literal 'corporation', no different than McDonald's or Jiffy Lube, Microsoft Etc. I was shocked to say the least.

I spent the next year and a half researching everything I could about the government, case law, common law, and the UCC, and discovered irrefutably that the US is literally under 'Maritime Law' (Armed enforcement of policy- as defined in Black's law 6th). After I picked up my jaw from the floor, I went deeply into researching contract law and the UCC, only to find that the UCC apparently only applies and is in effect and in force when governments and courts 'want it to', and when it's turned around and used on them, it goes over like a snow man in a forest fire. Something was wrong.

I went to the whole's 'sovereign movement' charade, but I couldn't find anyone from within that wasn't either a religious zealot, hypocrite, or didn't want unreasonable amounts of cash for their 'knowledge' which only really came from statutory and international 'law' which again, only came back over to 'policy' which governments and courts could just do away with at their whims.

So, Mr. Stevens was the first individual I'd encountered who was practical, to the points, non esoteric, and really had some good things to say. So here I am.

[And as par usual] If you've not read Marc's book, Adventures in Legal Land, it's a high recommend 'round these parts.
(Larken Rose's book, The Greatest SuperstitionBlush The Most Dangerous Superstition, is also excellent; [Image: clown.gif]2 NonE for the correction)

And just in case, too, you can "tune in to the No State Project radio show (live, Saturdays, 3-6pm CST) as we take your calls on tickets, tyrants, assessments, and bringing about a voluntary society."

*[eye am not Marc Stevens, nor do I play him in court] Cool

It's "The Most Dangerous Superstition."

"I just don't understand how this happens." Undecided
