Hello from Las Vegas Nevada
My name is Kylon and I am interested in meeting other people in the las Vegas area who can help me in my fight against pirates.

I am starting a group that will study law and find the actions prescribed by law to stop the pirates (judges and police officers) from stealing money. All of these people regardless of the state have sworn an oath to uphold the constitution and have forgotten just like the politicians that the ONLY reason we have courts is so they can "maintain and protect our individual rights."

I wish to find individuals who are interested in law and case law and are willing to defend themselves in court against ANY traffic ticket because as the supreme court has ruled MANY times in order for ANYONE to bring suit against you in a court of law they must present a "cause of action" that demonstates the plantiff has suffered a.) personal injury or b.) property damage. If the plantiff has not demonstrated with a preponderance of evidence a valid cause of action the court does not have subject matter jurisdiction! Period!

Furthermore the United States code Title 28 § 455 states that (a) Any justice, judge, or magistrate judge of the United States shall disqualify himself in any proceeding in which his impartiality might reasonably be questioned.

This is clearly relevant to traffic cases as the judge is a representative of the state who is also the plantiff.

I am forming a group that reminds these judges and officials that they are not within the law in hopes that they will agree to change thier policies and affect change that will make all of us happy and start to loosen some of the restrictions that make this country look more like Nazi Germany instead of the good ol' USA!

I think you will find that Marc's thinking has much to offer you. It appears that you want to fix what's wrong with the world, and all I can say is, "Good luck with THAT!" But if you want to learn some methods to help you avoid getting run over by the system, this is the place. I highly suggest you consider buying Marc's book Adventures in Legal Land and reading it. It will blow you away. It's a mind changing experience. Marc has it available in the store section of the site.

Welcome aboard. Let me start by pointing out you need to be very careful when quoting sacred writ. Title 28 § 455 does not apply to traffic cases unless they are in the federal courts. But, you will find similar recuse/disqualify rules in each "state" code/rules of court.
