Challenging Property Tax
Last year a friend decided to challenge his property tax. On December we sent out a letter with Marc's 2 questions about witnesses and evidence. On 1-21-11 he made his first call to check if they had gotten the letter. The person he spoke with could not provide any answers, so he said he would find out and call my friend back. My friend received no call. On 1-25-11 my friend called again and after about 14 min the person told my friend the he had to call the real estate department at the appraisal district's office. We decided to make that call. I made that call and after a good conversation we can to an agreement that the real estate department is not the one who is charging my friend it is the tax office. Our next call is to the tax office again, but this time we are going to ask for a supervisor.

Re: Challenging Property Tax
FYI: Government agencies each have a principle. Any statements or representations by any underlings are null and void. The only word that counts (sic) is the principle's. So address all questions to the man/woman that has been put into the office as principle. Demand the delegation of authority of anyone else that may respond. That way, any actions done, or representations made become binding on the agency and its "head."

In other words, qualify the party talking before addressing the issues. I call mines a "Merrill" request; developed from the case Federal Crop Insurance Corp. v. Merrill (1947) 332 U.S. 380. Merrill, a guy that farmed for a living (is that better NonE?), and relied on an agent's advice to his detriment, believing his crops to be fully insured based on the representations of an agent. They weren't fully insured. The rest goes without saying.

RE: Challenging Property Tax
This is what I am also very interested in. Here in this fiction HARDIN COUNTY TEXAS there is a process to go before a board to discuss a protest to your property tax.
I recently paid their extortion FED RES NOTES in cash. No endorsement no paper trail only a reciept. I am currently trying to figure out hoe to un-register me as the property owner.

RE: Challenging Property Tax
this is from Your link ...

It is not quite that simple, although if you were in Arizona, or say, NM ...
there might be a chance of removing your property

I do have personal experience with a successful removal in Gila County

Filing Land Patents to remove land from taxation
John,
The Arizona Sentinel is offering documents to file for LAND PATENTS. This Land Patent Document is supposed to remove the land from taxation meaning, to convert the FEE SIMPLE DEED back into an ALLODIAL DEED.

You do not " get one "
there either is one, or not

Junior member,

It appears someone has stolen some of the words from your message. I think it may by Diebold. I'd investigate this pronto, if I were (thankfully NOT!) you. Cool

Lemme fill in the (expletives deleted): - the Very Douchebaggery NonEntity.

Stolen words? Pffft. Mahn, OPiEntity, can't you do context (via scrolling)?!? (no wonder you can't do doG Revelations/Truth!) Cool

Ok, as a community service (being the Very Niceye2iam)

Interesting thing here is, even if there is a land patent, who has the controlling interest in a Land Patent?

(and to answer it, whilst at it: who has the controlling interest, is the s/he who is willing and gets to escalate the violence the highest level last; see "war" --not so much the words aka "declared", but the (f)actions)

--the Very iCan't get NoSatis(f)actions...

Alice: What do you mean by 'land patent'?
Humpty Dumpty: Why, a land patent is a bellow and sneeze with a whistle in the outgrabe. Once you see it, you see, you'll understand.

See, that makes the presumption that your reader has a mental capability greater than a barn swallow. BIG assumption, Dane.
