All Capitol Letters
I hereby declare that I am not the entity indicated below:

Nairobi
Omaha
Nassau
El Aaiun

since all of those are Capitol letters and Marc has proven that States don't exist and hence (small word which means "therefore") Capitols can't either.

So NonE is a NonEntity and so is NONE. So there, and their, and they're, too!

- NonE

(and don't even get me started on my berth sirtiphikate!)

Non-E (the flesh & blood creature that is, not the de facto, de jure, district of 10 corporation), you're almost there. Now you need to take all this, put it on parchment, place it in a linen envelope, close it with a wax seal and mail, via registered carrier, to your state attorney office. Then you too will be sovereign!!!!

O.K., I know I put that in the wrong way before, so here it is again:

RE: All Capitol Letters
As to the capital names the explaination is thus.

Old typographic style used small Capitals to empasize subtitle and section captions. Typewritters don't have small capitals, hence the large ones were used.

My pgp key ID:

available at subkeys.pgp.net (and others)
key fingerprint:

So let me get this straight. Helena, Montana is not on a typewriter? And Sacramento, California perhaps IS?

Tell that to "a rabbit" or "a field mouse". [quote marks for noting symbology]
(is there, inherently, such in this symbolizationing/cymbalizing?)

Meanwhile, back to something (hopefully) productive (as contrasted with something a-musing)...

My research years back netted that the all caps issue, as far as a Legal issue, was solely a medium/technological issue (and like wearing black dresses, and for the even older, less rebellious AEnglos, wigs, is an old habit to break). Unless one wishes to stick with reading the minds of The Illumined Ones for their source of "knowing" (and $elling). Then pretty much anything goes, of course (like the fabled "Grammar Book" of yore, wherein it was supposedly publicly encoded that all caps means a fiction).

*[and by "$elling" I don't necessarily mean monetary; see "pride" and the value thereof]
