Ahhhhhh, but it is a sustitute, allowing me to not have to use the supposed grey matter, I claim to have.

What sane person would ever vote for someone to be their leader or ruler?

If jail IS a substitute for evidence then, wouldn't it also be true that everyone who's NOT jailed is 'innocent' regardless of their actions?
